Editorial mandate

Applied research surface for evidence-governed transformation. Demonstrates how a knowledge structure may change form while its identity, evidence and admitted claims remain invariant.

Distinction from siblings

  • NODE-1: KTS Global establishes the wider organisation; NODE-23 demonstrates the method.
  • NODE-18: Geometry Intelligence anchors the canonical publications; NODE-23 turns definitions into inspectable demonstrations.

Note. Federation topology registration and sibling-worker updates are sequenced after the concurrent NODE-22 build reaches its commit. This is a scheduling constraint, not a governance one. Until it completes, NODE-23 is self-declared and locally consistent; the federation-wide surfaces of the network are not yet updated.
