What is Morphogenic Systems.
Morphogenic Systems demonstrates evidence-governed transformation: a working environment where a knowledge structure reorganises in response to new evidence or a changed context, but only along pathways that a stated invariant permits. What may change, what must not, and who can inspect the outcome are declared and machine-readable rather than asserted.
This definition is quoted byte-identical in every registry that references NODE-23's anchor: the JSON-LD @graph of this site, the R2 evidence locker manifest, and the shared federation workers on the KTS Global Authority Network. A future revision requires a new claim identifier and a new sealed envelope.
Why this text is sealed.
The canonical definition is the reference point every other surface on this site can be compared against. If a page paraphrases it, that page is out of conformance and must be corrected. This is the fixed point around which the morphing happens.
The site adapts headline, emphasis, entry sequence and demonstration defaults to the visitor's context. It does not adapt this definition, the DOIs of the five papers, the identity of NODE-23 in the federation, or the outcomes of the scenarios in the Chamber.
