Abstract

Applies the Geometry Intelligence framework to institutional AI assurance. Distinguishes capability claims (what a system can do) from assurance claims (what evidence supports that capability), and defines the boundary between them.

What this establishes

  • A separation between capability and assurance claims
  • A reviewer-facing evidence structure
  • Declared limits on what assurance evidence can and cannot certify

What it does not establish

  • That any system has passed independent institutional assurance under this framework
  • That publication itself constitutes assurance
  • A regulatory endorsement of the framework
